With 30 years of real estate experience, Titn brings a level of construction experience, financial analysis, and creative intellect that cannot be found elsewhere. The team's experience includes Industrial Tilt-Wall, Commercial Ground Up, Tenant Improvements and Build-Outs, Multi-Family Housing, Residential Rehabs, New Home Construction as well as Site Development.  Michael Govern has been a State Certified General Contractor since 2006. The team's combined knowledge of buildings and real estate sales/leasing positions them to understand the entire scope of all types of projects.  Kyle, Michael, & Jordan are all native south Floridians and are actively involved in the community.
